Fundusalm (high alpine pasture) waal trail

The “Köfler Jochwaal” is situated at about 2,100 m in the Fundus valley above Umhausen. It counts as one of the highest and oldest irrigation ditches in Tyrol.

A “Waal” is a manmade ditch used to irrigate an agricultural area.

Waal trail Stuibenfall

This trail is about 1km long and is situated close to the “Ötzi” village near Umhausen and leads in the direction of the Stuiben waterfall.
