The wide open cirques in the foothills of her "Majesty" – Wildspitze peak at 3774 m – are silent witnesses of a bygone era. Giant moraines and rock walls, idyllic glacier lakes and brooks, fascinating rock masses formed by the eternal ice.

The glaciers have always been the creators of high Alpine landscapes.

Your hiking destination is the Breslauer Hütte towering high above the mountain village of Vent. On your way to the hut you explore the glacier world, its rock masses and a piece of Alpine history.
